• What if I fail to appear for the exam? Is Payment refundable?

  No the fees you pay is non refundable.

• I am having trouble filling in the application form, who should I contact?

  Kindly read the instructions thoroughly before filling in the application form. Incase you are still facing any trouble, please Contact Us as given at the bottom of this page.
  Kindly note: Our working hours are Mon ~ Sat ; 10 am to 4 pm. No calls will be entertained after our working hours and any emails sent to us post our working hours will be responded to, on the next working day.

• I am getting reCAPTCHA verification failed while signing in, please try again. How do I proceed?

• What are the application dates?

  March 1 - April 5 for JLPT in July & August 1 - September 5th for JLPT in December.
  Note: The dates for application may vary according to discretion of the organizing committee.

• How to retrieve my exam passcode for viewing results of JLPT Exam?

  If you know the user name and password, use them to login to the portal using signin link. Click the submitted application to view passcode used for exam results.

• How to login if i forgot my password?

  Click on the Forgot your password? which will send your password reset instructions to your email. You will be able to reset your password on following the instructions. Use your new password and login to the portal.
